Job Summary:
Join our dedicated team as a Fulfillment Associate in St. Louis, Missouri. This dynamic role is central to our ability to meet customer demands, involving the accurate and efficient handling of products within our distribution center. You will be responsible for various tasks including picking orders, packing items securely, and preparing them for shipment, ensuring a seamless logistics process. A key aspect of this role is maintaining a high level of accuracy and speed while upholding our strict safety standards. Responsibilities include accurately locating and retrieving items from warehouse shelves using pick lists or scanners, carefully packing products to prevent damage during transit, applying correct shipping labels, and staging orders for pickup. You will also contribute to maintaining an organized and clean work environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and possesses a strong work ethic. While prior warehouse experience is beneficial, we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success. Physical requirements include standing for extended periods, walking, bending, and lifting items up to 50 lbs. You will be required to wear appropriate PPE, such as safety vests and gloves, at all times. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick products based on order fulfillment requirements.
  • Pack items securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping containers.
  • Apply shipping labels and ensure all packaging information is correct.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Assist with inventory management tasks as needed.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
  • Ability to perform moderate to heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs).
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Team-oriented with good communication skills.
  • Willingness to follow safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
