You will be involved in receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods. A strong focus on safety and organization is key. Your daily duties may include unloading incoming shipments, verifying inventory, stocking shelves, fulfilling customer orders by picking items accurately, and preparing orders for shipment. We are committed to providing a safe and healthy work environment. Therefore, adherence to all safety protocols and the consistent use of required PPE, such as safety vests, gloves, and steel-toed boots, are mandatory. This position requires physical stamina, including standing for extended periods, walking, bending, and performing significant lifting, often up to 50 lbs. The ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team is crucial. We value individuals who are reliable, possess a strong work ethic, and are eager to learn. Prior warehouse experience is advantageous, but not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided. Understanding of basic logistics and inventory management principles will be helpful. You will contribute directly to the success of our supply chain by ensuring accuracy, speed, and safety in all your tasks. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Stock and organize materials within the warehouse.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders.
- Pack orders securely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Prepare outgoing shipments and coordinate with carriers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed (training provided).
- Adhere to all safety regulations and use designated PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
- Willingness to adhere to safety procedures and wear PPE.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
