A highly-respected boutique firm in Sherman Oaks is hiring an experienced estate planning paralegal to join its close-knit team. Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in estate planning or trust administration
• Able to draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and related documents with minimal oversight
• Strong written communication skills with a professional tone and excellent attention to detail
• Organized, efficient, and comfortable managing multiple matters at once
• Polished, client-facing presence with sound judgment and high emotional intelligence
• Bonus if experienced with deeds, assessor documents, beneficiary forms, or trust accountings
Compensation and Benefits:
• $45 to $55 per hour (W-2), depending on experience
• Three weeks of paid vacation, with additional PTO for long-term employees
• One remote workday per week

• Paid parking and gas stipend
• Weekly team lunch and monthly breakfasts
Schedule and Location:
• Four days onsite, one remote
• Office located in Sherman Oaks
