Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Electrical Engineer to join our team and support ISS’s mission of delivering world‑class building maintenance services. This role is pivotal in ensuring high‑quality electrical and building services maintenance across client sites, with a strong focus on fault finding, repairs, planned and reactive maintenance, and installation work within commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities
Complete electrical PPM and reactive maintenance tasks within agreed timescales.
Carry out fault finding, repairs, and installation work to ensure optimal performance of electrical systems.
Support other building services maintenance, including fabric, HVAC, and mechanical tasks.
Provide call‑out response as part of the agreed rota.
Supervise and monitor contractors’ work, ensuring compliance with standards and issuing Permits to Work.
Maintain accurate records of all work completed and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Ensure all electrical equipment operates to specified performance criteria and surrounding areas meet company standards.
Represent the company professionally, delivering excellent customer service and maintaining strong client relationships.
Qualifications
Fully qualified electrician with relevant electrical qualifications.
Strong experience in electrical building services maintenance, including fault finding, installation, and inspection/testing.
Previous experience in reactive and PPM building services maintenance within FM environments.
Full UK driving licence.
