They’re looking for a senior engineering leader to own and evolve the core platform, someone equally comfortable setting technical direction, shaping architecture, and leading high-performing engineering teams across backend, data, and platform disciplines.
This is a hands‑on leadership role with real influence.
Responsibilities
The technical roadmap
Scaling distributed systems and high‑throughput data pipelines
Embedding automation and intelligence‑driven capabilities into an enterprise‑ready product.
You’ll work closely with product and analytics teams to turn customer and market requirements into resilient, scalable architecture, while building and mentoring a strong, globally distributed engineering organisation.
This role suits someone who enjoys owning complex systems end‑to‑end, thrives in fast‑moving environments, and wants to build technology that sits at the core of critical decision‑making.
Qualifications
Senior engineering leadership experience in high‑growth or enterprise SaaS environments
Strong background in distributed, cloud‑native systems and data‑heavy platforms
Experience scaling teams and platforms simultaneously
An architectural mindset with a bias toward delivery
Comfortable operating in remote‑first, product‑led organisations
