We’re looking for a dedicated
Field Care Supervisor
to champion quality, empower Care & Support Workers in the growing business of our experienced client, and ensure every client receives the outstanding service they deserve.
What You’ll Be Doing As a key member of our care team, you will:
Conduct
Individual Needs Assessments
for new and prospective clients, ensuring personalised, safe, and effective care plans.
Carry out and update
risk assessments
to support safe, high-quality care delivery.
Complete
introductory visits , ensuring smooth and confident first meetings between clients and Care & Support Workers.
Ensure
every client visit is covered , stepping in with solutions when schedules change.
Provide
on-call support
for emergencies, offering reassurance and guidance when it matters most.
Work closely with Care Coordinators on recruitment, staff allocation, and Care & Support Agreements.
Identify and allocate suitable staff to cover sickness, holidays, or unexpected absences.
Lead
practical inductions
and deliver in‑field training to new and existing Care & Support Workers.
Spot training needs and support ongoing professional development.
Conduct
client reviews , respond promptly to feedback, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Mentor, supervise, and support Care & Support Workers in the field.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure all client records are complete and compliant.
Build strong working relationships with the Care Manager and Care Coordinator to keep services running smoothly.
