Reporting to the Head of Digital, this newly created Digital Marketing Manager role is key to shaping and delivering the firm’s digital marketing strategy. You’ll develop, implement and manage digital marketing strategies and campaigns for across the business, with a strong focus on supporting our high-performing Residential department in Cambridge.
What will you do?
Create and oversee the firm’s digital marketing strategy, encompassing various digital channels, including social media (LinkedIn/Meta/TikTok etc), email marketing, content marketing, SEO and PPC.
Plan, execute and manage digital marketing campaigns that align with the firm’s strategy.
Manage and grow the firm’s social media presence and develop engaging content.
Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and promotional emails.
Analyse campaign performance using analytics tools, producing clear insights and recommendations for optimisation.
Regular reporting to senior stakeholders on performance, trends and opportunities.
Identify opportunities for growth and stay up to date with industry trends and best practice.
Managing, supporting and developing a Digital Marketing Executive and a Digital Marketing Assistant.
Support the ongoing optimisation of the firm’s websites, including UX and content performance.
Manage social media agency and other partners where needed.
Set KPIs, dashboards and reporting frameworks for digital activity.
Ownership of lead generation and conversion performance across digital channels.
About You The ideal candidate for this Digital Marketing Manager role will have:
Considerable digital marketing focused experience across varied channels, particularly in a fast-moving sector. Agency side or B2C digital marketing experience would be preferred.
Solid data analytics experience and the ability to interpret insights effectively.
Experienced line manager.
The ability to manage different stakeholders and expectations, as well as have experience managing agencies or external suppliers.
The ability to pick up new systems quickly and be up to date with digital trends.
Experience of managing CMS e.g. Optimizely or similar.
Paid social strategy and optimisation experience and SEO writing skills would preferable.
Experience with Hubspot (CRM) would be helpful.
Knowledge of or an interest in the Cambridge property market would be beneficial.
