Medmorphosis Dermatology & Medical Spa is a patient-focused dermatology and medical aesthetics clinic committed to delivering high-quality, professional, and compassionate care. We are currently seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our team.

Position Overview

The Medical Receptionist is a key front-of-house role responsible for ensuring smooth clinic operations, exceptional patient experience, and effective communication between patients, physicians, and clinical staff. This position requires professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to function effectively in a fast-paced medical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet patients in person and by phone in a courteous, professional, and empathetic manner
• Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments for medical dermatology and aesthetic services
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and patient inquiries efficiently
• Register patients, verify demographic information, and maintain accurate records
• Utilize the EMR system to manage charts, appointments, and documentation
• Process payments, handle invoices, and support billing workflows as required
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy and regulatory standards
• Support daily clinic operations and collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and administrative staff

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a healthcare administrative role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills
• High level of organization, reliability, and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Preferred Assets (Strongly Valued)

• Experience with Accuro EMR
• Prior experience in dermatology, medical aesthetics, or a specialty medical practice
• Strong customer service orientation with confidence managing sensitive patient interactions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
