JOB DESCRIPTION

Burger Drops is seeking a reliable, dynamic, and strong Cashier to join the team. This is a key position that requires a high standard of hospitality in a Quick Service Restaurant. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent guest experience skills by way of handling high volume guest intake while maintaining a pleasant and graceful presence under pressure. They will be able to handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently, and embody excellent knowledge of the menu as a central prerequisite to succeeding in this position. RESPONSIBILITIES & SKILLS

• Provide excellent guest experience based upon Burger Drops standards
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and POS functions
• Demonstrate excellent knowledge of menu
• Understand and uphold the values and mission statement of Burger Drops
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience as a Cashier in a restaurant setting preferred
• Works well under pressure
• Excellent communication skills and detail oriented
• Quick learner, coachable, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed

Physical Demands

The Cashier position requires standing for extended periods of time, as well as bending, and lifting up to 25 pounds. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment is also required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$18.50 per hour
