Position Overview

We are seeking a Team Leader / Housekeeper to join our growing team.

This role will start part-time, with the opportunity to grow into more hours and responsibility over time, based on performance, reliability, and business needs.

This position is a blend of hands-on residential cleaning and supportive field leadership. It is ideal for someone who enjoys leading by example, supporting others, and helping maintain quality standards without stepping into a formal management role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform high-quality residential housekeeping (bathrooms, kitchens, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, etc.)
  • Support and check in on team members during scheduled cleans
  • Assist with supply delivery and restocking as needed
  • Help with quality control to ensure cleaning standards are consistently met
  • Lead with professionalism, compassion, and accountability
  • Support new team members through guidance and example

Required Experience

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a team leader or supervisor role
  • Minimum 1 year experience in residential house cleaning
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in their work
  • Must have a valid Drivers License & a reliable vehicle
  • Criminal Record Check - Bondable

Compensation & Growth

  • $17.50–$18.50/hour, based on experience
