Our Dallas, Texas facility is seeking energetic Picker/Packers to join our growing team! This role is fundamental to our logistics operations, ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently. As a Picker/Packer, you will be responsible for locating products on warehouse shelves, picking them according to order specifications, and then carefully packing them for shipment. Your precision directly impacts customer satisfaction. We prioritize a safe working environment, and all team members are required to follow safety procedures and utilize the necessary personal protective equipment (PPE). This role involves significant walking, reaching, and bending, and requires the ability to perform lifting of up to 45 pounds regularly. Experience with RF scanners is advantageous, but comprehensive training will be provided. - Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order lists.
- Verify product information and quantities.

Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods. Must be able to perform lifting tasks up to 45 lbs. Keen attention to detail and accuracy. Prior experience in a picking or packing role is preferred. Understanding of warehouse safety and PPE. Good communication skills. Willingness to work effectively in a team.
