You will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, navigating through aisles to pick items from shelves using RF scanners or pick lists. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders according to pick lists or RF scanner directives.
- Ensure correct items and quantities are selected, minimizing errors.
- Stage picked items for packing and shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Operate pallet jacks or other equipment as needed (training provided).
- Perform inventory checks as required.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
- Must be able to handle lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Understand and follow instructions clearly.
- Participate in ongoing training and development.
