Key Responsibilities
Developing and implementing strategic sales plans that expand the company’s customer base and solidify the Pallmann brand’s presence.
Building and promoting healthy, long‑lasting customer relations by partnering with them.
Manage and develop the sales of our innovative, high‑quality wood floor installation and renovation products.
Demonstrate products to the wood flooring trade.
Support customers with on‑site visits and provision of sound technical advice.
Write specifications for wood flooring tenders.
Gathering market and customer information.
Extensive travelling in the South and South Midlands.
Your Profile
Experience and contacts in the wood floor industry.
Technically strong in wood floor installation and renovation.
Experience in negotiating and sales.
Motivated, reliable and focused on success.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
