Über
Conduct outbound calls and utilise social media tools and sales techniques to prospective and existing customers. Active cross/up-sell of training courses and services, whilst identifying potential sales opportunities from inbound sales leads. Establish customer needs and identify sales opportunities, in order to close. These opportunities will be based on business services/products within the existing portfolio. Meet with prospective/current clients at their place of work and at the Academy. Maintaining regular and documented contact with existing customer base and building relationships and developing new accounts. The successful candidate will need to work to a sales plan process within and will need to track contact with prospects through a CRM system to actively measure the pipeline and conversions. The sales executive will need to proactively work to make connections and build relationships with new and existing contacts. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Experience within a sales role Proactive, out-going, self-motivator Positive, pro-active “can do” attitude and ability to cope under pressure Confident with social media and mass marketing software Must be proficient with Microsoft office products. DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
