Job Title: Car Sales Manager Location: Crawley, West Sussex Salary: £50,000 Basic | £70,000 OTE (Based on Performance & CSI) Working Hours: Monday to Saturday (5-day week)
A leading main dealer in the Crawley area is currently seeking an experienced Car Sales Manager to lead a motivated team in a busy and competitive showroom environment.
As Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing a team of Sales Executives, driving performance to meet and exceed targets, while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction levels (CSI). This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager looking to take the next step in their career within a reputable and forward-thinking dealership.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day running of the sales team
Set, monitor and achieve monthly sales targets
Support and coach team members to maximise performance
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction (CSI)
Manage stock, pricing and presentation of vehicles
Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer journey

Ideal Candidate
Previous experience in a Sales Manager role within the automotive industry is essential
Proven leadership and people management skills
Strong track record of achieving targets and delivering excellent customer service
Professional, driven, and confident communicator
Knowledge of EVs and current market trends advantageous
