Field Sales Representative | £35,000 - £40,000 + commission | Remote - Gloucester, Bristol, Birmingham (Regional Coverage) My client is a leading manufacturer within their industry, known for high quality products that are built to last. If you have a passion for sales and enjoy building relationships with clients, then this is the role for you!
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with B2B clients across the Gloucester, Bristol and Birmingham areas
Drive new business opportunities, upsell and cross-sell to existing customers
Conduct in-person meetings with clients to promote the products and close deals
Identify customer needs and recommend product solutions
Essential Skills
3+ years' experience of working in a B2B sales environment
Valid UK driving license
Provent track‑record in a field or area sales position
Strong communication skills
Self‑motivated and able to work independently
Package
£35,000 - £40,000 basic + commission (OTE of £55,000 in your first year!)
£5,000 annual car allowance
Hours 9am to 5.30pm
35 days holiday per annum
Autonomy over diary, on the road 4 days per week and WFH 1 day per week
