Summary of Position: Our client, a family-owned company supplying premium curtain poles and tracks to the luxury interior trade, is looking for a Sales Support Executive to engage new and existing trade customers, identifying sales opportunities, and promote the product range. If you enjoy building relationships and thrive in a friendly, fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect role for you. The responsibilities of the Sales Support Executive include but are not limited to: * Make outbound calls to existing and prospective trade customers. * Build and maintain strong relationships with curtain makers, retailers, and interior professionals. * Promote the product range, offers, and services to drive sales and customer growth. * Maintain accurate customer records within our CRM system. * Send appointment confirmations and manage the diary for the sales representative. Skills, Experience & Key Candidate Attributes of the Sales Support Executive: * Previous experienced in a similar role, within sales or customer engagement. * Confident communicator with a friendly and professional telephone manner. * Strong relationship-building skills and a commercially aware mindset. * Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage workload effectively. * Comfortable using CRM systems and good IT skills.
