We are seeking a highly organised and detail‑oriented Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining smooth office operations, managing correspondence, and supporting various administrative functions. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong background in office administration to contribute to a professional and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
Manage and organise daily administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, sales order processing and document management.
Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office programmes such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Utilise Sage and in‑house systems for basic bookkeeping and financial record keeping.
Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings for team members.
Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
Ensure the office environment remains tidy and organised at all times.
Raise Sales Order for Production, Shipments Schedule, Air Way Bill Creation.
Qualifications
Proven office experience or administrative background is essential.
Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
Experience with Sage, Xero or similar accounting software is desirable.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Excellent typing speed and accuracy for data entry tasks.
Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally via phone and email with clients and colleagues.
Previous clerical experience or familiarity with administrative procedures will be advantageous.

Previous administration experience is desirable (Open Office not required, but desirable).
Strong organisation and time‑management skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines. Excellent communication skills with a professional and positive approach.
Confident using office software and willing to learn industry‑specific systems.
