As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for accurately locating and retrieving specified items from our warehouse inventory, preparing them for packing and shipment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order requirements.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Consolidate and stage picked items for the packing station.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere strictly to all safety policies and procedures.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and stock verification.
- Follow directions from supervisors to meet daily picking targets.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team atmosphere.
Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to comply with all safety rules and wear appropriate PPE.
- Experience using RF scanning devices is a plus.
- Familiarity with warehouse logistics and order fulfillment processes.
