Join our fast-paced logistics operation as a Fulfillment Associate in Jacksonville, Florida! We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to manage all aspects of order fulfillment, from receiving and put-away to picking, packing, and shipping. This role is essential for ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, energetic, and committed to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. You will be actively involved in managing inventory, processing orders using our warehouse management system, and ensuring that all products are handled with care. Your contribution is vital to the success of our distribution center.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and put away incoming inventory efficiently.
- Pick customer orders accurately using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Pack orders with care, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Process shipments and prepare documentation for outgoing goods.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits.
- Operate various warehouse equipment safely, including pallet jacks and potentially forklifts (training provided if necessary).
- Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations, including the use of required PPE.
- Contribute to a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment center is highly preferred.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Must be able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced logistics setting.
- Willingness to adhere to strict safety standards and wear appropriate PPE.
