This role requires physical stamina and a commitment to upholding strict safety standards, including the appropriate use of PPE . You'll be responsible for accurate order fulfillment, inventory management, and maintaining an orderly workspace. The ideal candidate will have experience with order picking and packing systems and be comfortable with Lifting moderate to heavy items. Responsibilities:
- Pick customer orders accurately using scanners and pick lists.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Inspect items for damage before packing.
- Process returns and exchanges.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through diligent order fulfillment.
- Keep work areas clean and organized.
- Comply with all company safety policies and procedures.
- Wear designated PPE at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a fulfillment or warehouse role is beneficial.
- Ability to perform consistent Lifting of items up to 40 lbs.
- Understanding of warehouse logistics principles.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and correct usage of PPE .
