We are looking for an enthusiastic Fulfillment Associate to join our team in Orlando, Florida. This role is critical to our company’s mission of delivering products to our customers efficiently and accurately. You will be involved in all stages of order fulfillment, from receiving incoming inventory to preparing outgoing shipments. Key responsibilities include picking items, packing them securely, and ensuring the accuracy of each order. A strong emphasis is placed on maintaining high productivity while adhering to our strict safety standards. You'll work with a variety of products and utilize warehouse technology to manage inventory and process orders. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and possesses a strong work ethic, understanding the demands of the fast-paced logistics industry. Compliance with all procedures, including the correct use of PPE, is essential. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using scanning technology and pick lists.
- Inspect products for quality and ensure they are damage-free before packing.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently to prevent damage during transit.
- Apply appropriate shipping labels to packages.
- Operate material handling equipment safely as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to optimize efficiency.
- Participate in inventory management tasks, including cycle counts and stock verification.
- Strictly follow all safety regulations and guidelines, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment targets.
- Assist with receiving and stocking of incoming goods as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is advantageous.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Willingness to engage in physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 40 pounds.
- Basic computer literacy for using warehouse management systems and scanning devices.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of logistics principles and warehouse safety protocols.
- Must wear and utilize all required PPE as per company policy.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and dedicated to meeting performance goals.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
