Responsibilities:
- Sort, receive, and store incoming inventory in designated locations.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts safely and proficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counting.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment according to company standards.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely.
- Assist in managing stock levels and ensuring product rotation.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and guidelines, including the proper use of PPE.
- Support the overall logistics flow and collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals.
- Perform other distribution center duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrated ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center is preferred.
- Familiarity with logistics operations and inventory management.
- Unwavering commitment to workplace safety and the correct use of PPE.
- Capability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as required.
