Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order lists.
- Pack items securely into appropriate shipping containers, ensuring product protection.
- Verify order accuracy before packing and shipping.
- Operate scanning equipment to track inventory movement.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and guidelines, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily picking and packing quotas.
- Understand and support efficient logistics processes.
- Tasks may involve significant Lifting of various items.
- Prioritize workplace Safety in all actions.
- Assist with inventory management as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a picker/packer or in a warehouse environment is a plus.
- Ability to read and understand order sheets and product labels.
- Proficiency in using hand scanners and other warehouse technology.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Must be able to perform tasks involving Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Team player with good communication skills.
