We are actively recruiting for a Warehouse Worker to join our growing team in Boise, Idaho. This role is critical to the efficient functioning of our logistics and distribution center. You will be responsible for a wide range of warehouse tasks, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. Responsibilities:
- Accept and unload deliveries, verifying quantities and quality of goods.
- Store inventory in appropriate locations using safe lifting techniques.
- Accurately pick items for orders using pick lists or scanners.
- Package items securely for shipment, ensuring they are ready for transit.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification and training available).
- Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts and stock replenishment.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free from hazards.
- Follow all safety protocols, including the mandatory use of appropriate PPE.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Contribute positively to team efforts and communication.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or similar environment is a plus.
- Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and logistics principles.
- Strong commitment to safety and adherence to PPE requirements.
- Ability to work on your feet for the entire shift, with standing, walking, and bending.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
