Our Minneapolis, Minnesota facility is looking for dedicated Fulfillment Associates to join our growing team. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a key role in picking, packing, and shipping customer orders accurately and efficiently. This position is integral to our logistics operations, ensuring that our customers receive their products in perfect condition and on time. We are seeking individuals with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to Safety. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Verify product details and quantities before packing.
- Package items securely and appropriately for shipment, meeting quality standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and potentially forklifts (certification may be required).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Adhere strictly to all Safety procedures and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and inventory counts as needed.
- Ensure timely processing of orders to meet shipping deadlines.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our logistics department.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or similar role is preferred.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety best practices.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
