Our Charlotte, North Carolina distribution center is looking for a motivated Distribution Center Associate to contribute to our successful operations. This role is fundamental to our supply chain and logistics efforts, ensuring the timely and accurate handling of goods. Responsibilities:
- Efficiently receive, verify, and store incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders, ensuring quality and completeness.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and documentation.
- Maintain the tidiness and organization of the warehouse floor and storage areas.
- Operate manual and powered warehouse equipment responsibly.
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory management tasks.
- Report any operational issues or safety concerns to management promptly.
- Follow all company Safety policies and procedures diligently.
- Wear required PPE consistently throughout your shift.
- Perform other warehouse-related duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution setting is advantageous.
- Physical capability to handle the demands of the job, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs, standing, bending, and walking.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Dependable and punctual with a positive attitude.
- Willingness to adapt to changing work schedules and priorities.
- Commitment to upholding high standards of Safety and utilizing provided PPE is paramount.
