We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to join our growing team in Huntsville, Alabama. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be involved in a variety of tasks essential to our daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, order picking, and shipping. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against packing slips.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and other warehouse duties as assigned.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and the importance of PPE.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
