Are you ready to be a vital part of a busy logistics operation? Our warehouse in Durham, North Carolina is looking for dedicated Warehouse Associates! In this role, you'll be involved in the essential tasks that keep our operations running smoothly, including picking, packing, sorting, and loading/unloading merchandise. We need individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to working safely. This is a hands-on position where your efficiency directly impacts our supply chain. You'll work as part of a team to ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently, contributing to overall customer satisfaction. Safety is our top priority, and adherence to all safety guidelines, including the use of PPE, is mandatory.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection.
- Receive, verify, and stock incoming inventory.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring safe handling of goods.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse, including aisles and work stations.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock checks.
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures, including the mandatory use of appropriate PPE.
- Report any safety hazards or equipment issues promptly.
- Contribute to the overall logistics and fulfillment process.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for the duration of the shift.
- Capacity for lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail for accurate order picking and packing.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to using PPE.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
