This role is fundamental to the smooth functioning of our logistics network, encompassing a wide range of duties from receiving and put-away to order fulfillment and shipping preparation. As a Warehouse Worker, you will contribute directly to our company's success by ensuring that products are handled correctly and that orders are processed promptly. The position involves regular physical activity, including significant Lifting, and requires attention to detail. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments against documentation.
- Store inventory accurately in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and stage products for customer orders or internal transfers.
- Pack goods securely for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
- Load outgoing shipments onto delivery vehicles.
- Operate manual and powered material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
- Conduct regular inventory cycle counts and stock verification.
- Follow all company Safety protocols, including mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Support all aspects of warehouse logistics as directed by supervisors.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or general labor role is advantageous.
- Ability to perform continuous Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with basic warehouse equipment and procedures.
- Strong commitment to Safety and adherence to established guidelines.
- Good physical stamina and dexterity.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Understanding of fundamental Logistics principles.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
