We are seeking diligent Picker/Packers to join our bustling distribution center in Portland, Oregon. This role is the backbone of our order fulfillment process, ensuring that products are accurately selected and prepared for shipment to our valued customers. Responsibilities:
- Accurately retrieve items from warehouse shelves based on order tickets.
- Inspect picked items for quality and damage.
- Package items securely and efficiently using appropriate materials.
- Verify order accuracy before sealing packages.
- Label packages with shipping information and tracking numbers.
- Maintain an organized and clean workstation.
- Adhere to all company Safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
- Participate in inventory checks as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in picking or packing is advantageous but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks, including moderate Lifting.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with warehouse environments and basic Logistics principles.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Commitment to upholding Safety standards.
