Job Summary:
Join our state-of-the-art distribution center as a Distribution Center Associate in Houston, Texas. This comprehensive role is integral to our logistics network, involving a variety of tasks from receiving and put-away to order fulfillment and shipping. You will be responsible for ensuring that all products are handled efficiently, accurately, and safely. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic warehouse environment. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and material handling equipment is highly desirable. Teamwork and communication are key, as you will collaborate with colleagues to achieve operational goals. We are committed to providing a safe workplace, and all employees must adhere to safety guidelines, including the proper use of PPE. This position requires physical stamina, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting. We seek reliable, proactive individuals eager to contribute to a high-performance logistics operation. Responsibilities:
  • Process incoming goods, verify quantities, and stock inventory in designated locations.
  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanning technology.
  • Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling, staging, and carrier coordination.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and proficiently.
  • Participate in inventory control activities, such as cycle counting.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment according to company standards.
  • Follow all established logistics and safety procedures.
  • Wear all required PPE, including safety vests, gloves, and safety-toe footwear.
  • Be prepared for regular lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
  • Assist in optimizing warehouse layout and workflow for efficiency.
  • Contribute to achieving departmental productivity and accuracy targets.
