Join our vibrant team as a Picker/Packer in Orlando, Florida! This role is at the heart of our logistics operations, responsible for accurately fulfilling customer orders. You will be tasked with picking products from warehouse shelves using RF scanners and carefully packing them for shipment. Attention to detail is critical to ensure order accuracy and minimize shipping errors. The ideal candidate will be energetic, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a warehouse, order fulfillment, or e-commerce setting is highly desirable. You will be expected to meet productivity targets while upholding quality standards. Safety is a top priority, and adherence to all safety procedures, including the proper use of PPE, is mandatory. This position requires physical stamina, including standing for long periods, walking, bending, and lifting. We are looking for team players who are committed to excellence and contribute to a positive work atmosphere. Your role is fundamental to our logistics chain and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse locations using RF scanners and order sheets.
- Inspect items for defects or damage during the picking process.
- Pack items securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping containers.
- Apply shipping labels and documentation correctly to packages.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and work area.
- Meet daily picking and packing quotas and performance metrics.
- Assist with inventory control through accurate scanning and reporting.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.
- Follow all company safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
- Be comfortable with lifting up to 45 lbs.
- Contribute to maintaining efficient and accurate logistics processes.
