Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience 5+ years of expertise in transportation industry Closures systems and sub-systems at an OEM or supplier is desired. Experience designing and working with manufacturers to create parts and assemblies using high-volume manufacturing processes typically found in world class automotive environment. Experience working with Class A surface data.
