✨ About the Role
We are seeking a *caring, collaborative, and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP)* to join our growing team.
This role is open to *part-time or full-time* candidates.
*Availability for after-school hours or weekends (at least one is required).* Scheduling details can be discussed and tailored based on mutual availability to support work-life balance.
This position is ideal for a clinician who values high-quality care, clear communication, and a supportive team environment.
✨ What You’ll Do
* Provide individualized speech and language therapy for children with a wide range of communication needs
* Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop evidence-based treatment plans
* Maintain clear, accurate, and timely documentation in accordance with clinic and state standards
* Collaborate closely with caregivers and our OT and music therapy teams to support holistic care
* Educate parents and caregivers with practical home strategies to promote carryover and progress
✅ What We’re Looking For
* *Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)*
* Active *Virginia Speech-Language Pathology license*
* At least *1 year of pediatric experience*
* Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
* Reliable, self-motivated, and clinically thoughtful
⭐ Bonus (Nice to Have, Not Required)
* Training in *Gestalt Language Processing, PROMPT, Myofunctional Therapy, or AAC*
* *Feeding therapy* experience
* Knowledge of *DIR/Floortime*
