What You’ll Be Doing
* Delivering PPMs across M&E systems
* Responding to reactive faults and completing repairs
* Supporting basic mechanical plant checks and minor fixes
* Handling electrical tasks within competence, lighting and small power
* Completing first line repairs and escalating specialist issues
* Using CAFM to log updates and close tasks
* Liaising with clients and building managers
* Maintaining high standards in front of end users
What We’re Looking For
* Multiskilled maintenance background in commercial buildings
* For electrical duties, NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation and AM2
* 18th Edition
* Mechanical awareness and confidence on basic plant checks
* 2391 as a bonus
* Good communication and reliable admin
