Job Title: UKG Advanced Scheduler / Forecasting(Retail)

Location: Remote

We are seeking a highly hands-on
UKG Retail Advanced Scheduler / Forecasting Consultant
with strong experience in
UKG Workforce Central (WFC) and/or UKG WFM Pro
to support and optimize workforce scheduling and labor forecasting for existing retail store operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with retail operations, workforce management, and business stakeholders to ensure accurate demand forecasting, efficient labor utilization, and ongoing system support.

Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on support for
    UKG Retail Advanced Scheduling and Forecasting
    solutions.
  • Support
    existing retail stores
    by maintaining and optimizing schedules, forecasts, and labor models.
  • Configure and fine-tune
    labor forecasts, staffing models, coverage rules, and schedule optimization
    .
  • Work extensively with
    UKG WFC / WFM Pro
    modules related to Scheduling and Forecasting.
  • Analyze historical sales, traffic, and labor data to improve forecast accuracy.
  • Troubleshoot scheduling, forecasting, and labor allocation issues.
  • Partner with retail operations and HR teams to align workforce plans with store-level business needs.
  • Support enhancements, rule changes, and minor configurations without disrupting store operations.
  • Assist with testing, validation, and deployment of scheduling or forecasting updates.
  • Create and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and best practices.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong hands-on experience with
    UKG Retail Advanced Scheduler and Forecasting
    .
  • Proven expertise in
    UKG Workforce Central (WFC) and/or UKG WFM Pro
    .
  • Solid understanding of
    retail workforce operations
    and store-level labor planning.
  • Experience supporting
    live production environments
    for retail clients.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret
    sales, traffic, and labor data
    for forecasting.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setup.
