Level 2/3/4 Sheet Metal Apprentice

Are you a motivated Sheet Metal Apprentice looking to advance your skills and build a long-term career in a high-demand trade? We're currently hiring Level 2, 3 or 4 Sheet Metal Apprentices to join our team of skilled professionals.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both fabrication and installation, while working under the guidance of experienced Journeypersons and Foremen. We support our apprentices with mentorship, training, and career development opportunities.

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in or have completed Level 2 or 3 of a Sheet Metal Apprenticeship program
• Minimum 2 years of industrial sheet metal experience
• Fabrication and welding experience required
• Must specify your current level of training and completed hours (or the level you've finished)

What You'll Do

• Assist with day-to-day shop and field tasks under the supervision of senior tradespeople
• Fabricate and install sheet metal components on industrial jobsites
• Operate plasma machines and other fabrication equipment
• Handle materials safely and efficiently
• Support general shop duties as required

What You Bring

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to stay organized, prioritize, and take initiative
• Eagerness to learn and reliability in following directions
• Comfortable working at heights and using hand/power tools
• Good English communication (written and spoken)
• Completed minimum Level 1 Sheet Metal training (school and hours)
• Forklift experience an asset
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to work both in the shop and on jobsites as needed
