Job Overview: Ninja Coach

We are searching for enthusiastic, high-energy, and ninja-capable (training provided) Coaches to join our team. This position is currently part-time with the potential to grow into near full-time hours.

As a Coach, you will have the exciting opportunity to inspire and train participants of all ages, helping them achieve their personal best in a fun, positive, and supportive atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Coaching & Instruction: Instruct and guide participants through obstacle courses, games, and skills.
• Safety & Supervision: Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants at all times.
• Motivation: Provide constant encouragement, motivation, and maintain an energetic atmosphere.
• Facility Support: Assist with the setup and breakdown of equipment, and ensure the facility remains clean and safe.
• Operational Duties: Complete front-desk duties when required and work during hosted Ninja Warrior competitions.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for an individual who is:

• Passionate about ninja training and able to perform basic ninja skills.
• High-energy, friendly, and possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A strong motivator who can inspire participants of all ages.
• Safety-focused with strong attention to detail.
• Flexible and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
• Preferred Qualifications: Previous coaching/training experience, experience working with children, Open availability, and CPR/First Aid certification. (Ninja training provided.)
