Job Overview
We are looking for a fashion-forward Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our growing fashion business. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about fashion, trends, styling, and customer experience, and enjoys building meaningful relationships with clients.
You will be the frontline voice of our brand—assisting customers, offering product guidance, and supporting sales while delivering a premium, personalized experience. This position is available as a fashion internship (unpaid or paid based on experience and availability), with the opportunity to grow into a long-term paid role.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via phone, email, chat, and social platforms in a professional and friendly manner
- Assist customers with product inquiries, sizing, styling advice, orders, exchanges, and returns
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations based on fashion trends, collections, and customer preferences
- Maintain accurate customer records using strong data entry and organizational skills
- Support sales through upselling and cross-selling while keeping the customer's style and needs first
- Build strong relationships with customers by delivering a high-touch, fashion-focused experience
- Analyze customer feedback and shopping behavior to help improve service and product offerings
- Assist both English and Spanish-speaking customers (bilingual preferred)
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless and elevated brand experience
Qualifications & Ideal Candidate
- Genuine interest and knowledge in fashion, styling, and trends (this is a must)
- Experience in customer service, retail, fashion, or sales is preferred
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Comfortable speaking with customers and providing style guidance confidently
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred
- Detail-oriented with strong data entry and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and strong customer-first mentality
Internship & Compensation
