RVT/ Practice Manager

Urban Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) to fill a combined RVT / Practice Manager role. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on clinical work while also managing daily clinic operations in a fast-paced, busy 3-veterinarian clinic.

Position Details

• Schedule: Weekdays and weekends
• Compensation: $32/hour, commensurate with experience
• Location: Urban Animal Hospital

RVT Duties:

• Assist veterinarians during exams, procedures, and surgeries
• Provide anesthesia monitoring, dentistry support, and radiographs
• Care for hospitalized patients and support client communication

Practice Management Duties:

• Oversee daily clinic operations and workflow
• Support staff scheduling, coordination, and onboarding
• Assist with inventory management and clinic organization
• This role may include other duties related to clinic operations.

Qualifications

• Registered Veterinary Technician
• Experience with surgery, anesthesia, dentistry, and radiographs
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in clinic management or overseeing daily clinic operations
