We're growing and looking for motivated, driven Sales Representatives to join our team.
About the Role
This is a high-opportunity sales role for someone who is confident on the phone, results-oriented, and hungry to succeed.
No cold calling required.
You'll be provided with qualified leads — your job is to connect, build trust, and guide clients toward the right solution.
What You'll Be Doing
- Calling warm inbound leads provided by the company
- Conducting phone consultations with potential clients
- Understanding client needs and presenting appropriate solutions
- Following up consistently to move prospects forward
- Maintaining accurate notes and updates in the CRM
- Hitting and exceeding sales targets
What We're Looking For
- Highly driven and self-motivated
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone
- Sales experience is an asset (but not required for the right person)
- Coachable, disciplined, and goal-focused
- Professional, ethical, and client-focused mindset

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
