Receptionist /Office Administrator (Part-Time)
We are a busy, well-established Massage Therapy Clinic located in Sutton, ON. We recently celebrated our 10-Year anniversary with an excellent reputation in our community. We are currently seeking applications for a full-time receptionist /office administrator. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude who is friendly, polite, and professional.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Greeting and providing exceptional customer service to our clients
· Answering phones, returning emails and text messages
· Scheduling appointments in our electronic scheduling software
· Submitting direct billing claims through extended health care portals
· Processing payments
· Providing administrative and clerical support to our Registered Massage Therapists
· Doing laundry & folding sheets
· Maintaining an organized, clean, and inviting atmosphere
· General cleaning
· Other duties as assigned
Our Ideal Candidate:
· Minimum 2 years of customer service & reception experience
· Experience with scheduling software
· Experience submitting insurance claims through the Telus Health, Provider Connect, Sun Life and Green Shield
· Polite, professional, and friendly attitude
· Comfortable interacting with people of all ages
· Reliable, punctual, honest, and hardworking
· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
· Able to work independently as well as part of a team
Work hours:
· Monday – Friday
Job Type:
· Full-Time, Permanent
· 40 hours per week
