About the Role:

We're looking for a Senior Data Analyst to drive data-informed decision-making across our multiple business lines. You'll play a key role in analyzing the customer journey and building essential data pipelines to help marketing, product, and operations teams optimize performance and scale profitably.

This is a strategic, hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and enjoys connecting data insights directly to business impact.

Responsibilities:

Reporting & Dashboards:

  • Design and maintain self-serve dashboards for teams using primarily Looker Dashboards.
  • Build automated reporting pipelines to ensure accurate, real-time insights across the organization.
  • Standardize KPIs (CAC, AOV, LTV, churn, ROAS, etc.) and communicate results clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Analysis:

  • Analyze the end-to-end customer funnel: traffic sources, acquisition costs, conversion, retention, and lifetime value (LTV).
  • Build and maintain cohort analyses to track customer retention, repeat purchase rates, and subscription behaviour.
  • Partner with marketing to measure campaign performance, attribution, and ROI across paid and organic channels.
  • Support segmentation and personalization initiatives to improve customer experience and retention.
  • Partner with growth and product teams to design and analyze A/B tests on website UX, pricing, and offers.
  • Evaluate promotional effectiveness, channel mix, and audience targeting.
  • Identify key levers for improving conversion rate and customer retention.

Who You Are:

  • 4–7 years of experience in analytics, with at least 2+ years in DTC, e-commerce, or digital consumer brands.
  • Experience building and automating dashboards and reports for non-technical users.
  • Strong SQL and data visualization skills; proficiency in BI tools, Shopify and Google Analytics and knowledge of ad platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
  • Comfortable with coding languages such as Python and familiar working with data warehouses such as BigQuery, Snowflake or Redshift.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with predictive modelling (LTV forecasting, churn prediction, etc.) is a plus.

Perks & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
  • Flexible work environment (remote/hybrid options where applicable).
  • Health and wellness benefits, including a lifestyle spending account.
  • Professional development opportunities to support career growth.
  • Free access to our award-winning products.
  • Inclusive and dynamic company culture with team-building events.

This position requires completion of a project as part of the application. Applications submitted without the completed project will not be considered.
