See how we've been recognized for this dedication to our employees by checking out our recent awards .For more information, visit our Careers page.The Role In BriefAssociate Director, Sales Enablement, Audience GenerationThe Associate Director, Sales Enablement is responsible for creating and managing Enroll360 partner-facing collateral. This role utilizes thought leadership, EAB insights, industry and marketing trends, and internal interviews to diagnose and deliver upon content needs. This includes overseeing a content library for ongoing use, as well as creating bespoke, partner-specific material as needed. The Associate Director, Sales Enablement is also responsible for training users on content and resources created as required.This hire may be based in Richmond, VA, Washington, D.C.; this position is also open to remote employment within the continental United States.Primary ResponsibilitiesGenerate sales and renewal collateral, at scale, to support the Enroll360 businessCollaborate closely with Marketing and Product teams to develop, manage, and optimize sales and marketing content, including sales playbooks, presentations, case studies, and whitepapersMaintain content library inclusive of, but not limited to case studies, plug-in slides, and talk tracksConduct internal interviews to understand content needs from all stakeholders; gather and analyze feedback from sales and marketing teams to refine enablement programs and content effectivenessEnsure Sales and Success teams have access to the right content at the right times through effective content management strategies and enablement toolsWork with Sales and Marketing to help develop and execute a sales enablement strategy that strengthens alignment across relevant teamsConduct as needed training on content library and related resourcesBasic QualificationsBachelor’s degree in relevant field5+ years of relevant working experienceDemonstrated outstanding writing and storytelling skillsExperience working in a team environment, as well as independently and autonomouslyProven ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders in oral and written formatsDemonstrated experience in managing projects and meeting deadlinesExperience with at least two of the following:Higher education marketing, enrollment management, and/or admissionsLong-form writing for an external audience (may include white papers, reports, blogs, or other publications)Conducting internal and ongoing researchTraining internal stakeholdersIdeal QualificationsExperience with solution-focused problem solving and thinking through problems creativelyExperience working with clients in a consultative roleCommitment to embracing a continual learning environment and contributing to a dynamic and welcoming culture of fairness, authenticity, and belonging in support of EAB’s mission, values, and aspiration.If you’ve reached this section of the job description and are unsure of whether to apply, please do! Actual salary varies due to factors that may include but not be limited to relevant experience, skills, and location. At EAB, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the starting salary range for their role.This hire will additionally be eligible for discretionary bonus or incentive compensation.
