What You’ll Do
* Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans with clear goals and timelines
* Educate and guide patients through their rehabilitation journey to promote function, wellness, and quality of life
* Prepare and submit clinical documentation and progress summaries
* Communicate effectively with referring providers and other medical professionals
* Assess and recommend medical equipment, providing documentation for medical necessity
What We’re Looking For
* Graduate of an *accredited physical therapy program*
* *Licensed Physical Therapist in Alaska* (or eligible for licensure)
* Passion for patient education, compassionate care, and lifelong learning
