* Develop and implement robust data management strategies to ensure high-quality, consistent data across multiple platforms.
* Design and maintain scalable data warehouses and databases using tools like Oracle, SQL, and Informatica to support business needs.
* Lead the extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes with tools such as Talend and Python to prepare data for analysis.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define data collection procedures, and ensure seamless integration of linked data sources.
* Utilize analytics tools like Tableau to create compelling dashboards and visualizations that facilitate insightful decision-making.
* Manage projects related to big data initiatives, applying Agile methodologies to deliver timely results.
* Oversee database design and optimization efforts to improve performance and support complex analysis tasks.
* Provide mentorship and leadership to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation in data management practices.

* Proven experience in data management roles with strong expertise in SQL, Python, Oracle, and Informatica.
* Demonstrated ability to design and implement data warehouses, databases, and ETL pipelines effectively.
* Proficiency with Tableau for creating interactive dashboards and visual analytics solutions.
* Solid understanding of big data technologies and concepts such as Hadoop or Spark is a plus.
* Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional initiatives in an Agile environment.
* Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate findings clearly.
* Knowledge of linked data principles, data collection methods, and database design best practices.
