Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly and taking their orders efficiently.
• Prepare and serve authentic Korean dishes according to restaurant standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area and kitchen.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

Experience

• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required; we welcome those eager to learn
• Familiarity with Korean cuisine is a plus, though training will be provided for all staff members.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
