Early Childhood Educators

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our educational team. Duties

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards
• Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages social, emotional, and cognitive development
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to support children's progress
• Incorporate bilingual instruction in English and French to promote language development
• Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and providing individualized attention
• Maintain accurate records of children's progress and daily activities
• Utilize computer skills for record keeping, lesson planning, and communication purposes
• Manage classroom organization efficiently to ensure safety and smooth daily operations
• Lead classroom activities that promote creativity, curiosity, and learning engagement
• Collaborate with team members to plan events, assessments, and curriculum enhancements

Requirements

• Proven experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting
• Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French is preferred
• Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with children, parents, and staff
• Organizational skills to manage classroom activities and documentation effectively
• Leadership qualities to guide young learners confidently
• Good computer operation skills for record keeping and lesson planning purposes
• Ability to demonstrate time management skills to balance multiple responsibilities efficiently
• Prior classroom experience is essential; certification or degree in early childhood education is preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment

Pay: $15.00-$24.70 per hour
