As we expand our North American footprint, we are hiring a
Project Manager
to coordinate key initiatives across technology, operations, product, and enterprise integrations. You'll work closely with teams in Toronto, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and London, playing a central role in moving projects from ideation to global execution.
Role Overview
This role is ideal for a professional with
2–5 years of project delivery experience
who thrives in creating structure, driving clarity, and keeping cross-functional teams aligned. You will manage high-impact projects, including:
- AI & Platform Enhancements:
Orchestrating the rollout of new machine learning features. - Enterprise Integrations:
Managing API integrations with major employer ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems). - Process Automation:
Driving internal efficiency through digital transformation. - Global Launches:
Supporting our rapid expansion into the North American and EMEA markets.
What You'll Do
- Drive Execution:
Plan, organize, and track project timelines, ensuring deliverables meet high-quality standards. - Cross-Functional Coordination:
Act as the bridge between engineering, product, operations, and leadership. - Risk Management:
Proactively identify roadblocks and facilitate solutions to keep sprints on track. - Documentation:
Maintain clear requirements, milestones, dependencies, and project dashboards. - Communication:
Lead regular stand-ups and provide concise progress updates to executive stakeholders. - Process Improvement:
Help refine our PM frameworks, templates, and internal workflows.
What We're Looking For
- Experience:
2–5 years as a Project Manager, Coordinator, or Delivery Lead within a tech, SaaS, or startup environment. - Tech Savvy:
Comfortable collaborating with engineers and product managers; familiarity with the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle). - Communication:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. - Organization:
Highly proactive with a "get-it-done" attitude and meticulous attention to detail. - Tools:
Proficiency in Jira, Asana, , or Trello. - Eligibility:
Must be legally entitled to work in Canada and available to support Eastern Time (EST) business hours.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with HR Tech, recruitment platforms, or AI-driven products.
- Project Management certifications (PMP, CAPM, or CSM).
- Experience working with distributed international teams.
